  • Be available or provide access at the agreed time and location.
  • Pay service fees in full before or at the time of service.

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be confirmed via our website or by contacting contact@lightmydarkness.org.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refunds (see Refund Policy).

5. Payments

6. Health & Safety

  • We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions or unforeseeable health emergencies.

  • Any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during or after the service unless due to proven negligence.
  • Damage to property caused by your pet during or after the service.
